If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 to 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost and cancellations made 12 to 1 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur 100% of the service cost. This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer appointment slots to other clients.
