Refund Policy

At Serene Aesthetics Studio, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality service and clinical-grade skincare products. To ensure we can continue to offer the best experience for all clients, we adhere to the following refund and return policies:

 
1. Services

  • All services are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed, the service fee is final. This covers the cost of professional time, expertise, and the medical-grade products used during your appointment.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the results of a service, please contact us within [e.g., 48–72] hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to discuss an adjustment or a "touch-up" appointment at our discretion.

 
2. Retail Products

We want you to love your home-care routine. Our policy for skincare products is as follows:

  • Unopened Products: May be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the original seal is intact and the packaging is undamaged.

  • Opened/Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an adverse skin reaction to a product purchased from us, please contact us immediately. We may offer a store credit or exchange if the reaction is documented and reported within 7 days of purchase.

 
3. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

  • Pre-paid Packages: Packages or series of treatments (e.g., a "Buy 5, Get 1 Free" bundle) are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete a series, the remaining balance may be converted into a store credit at our discretion.

 
4. Deposits and Cancellation Fees

  • As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, any fees incurred due to late cancellations (50% of service cost) or no-shows (100% of service cost) are strictly non-refundable.

  • These fees are used to compensate our providers for the time lost that could have been offered to another client.
